Who we are

This website and the AISA product are operated by Reputeo, Belgrade, Serbia. Reputeo is the controller of personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to submit through the forms on this website:

• Contact form: your name, work email, company, and the message you send us.
• PoC onboarding form: company details, contact person details (name, email, phone), information about your SOC setup and tools, and the names, emails and roles of the people you add as PoC participants.

To protect the forms against spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser data in line with Google's privacy policy.

Purpose and legal basis

• Responding to your request and organising a demo or proof of concept, based on your consent and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
• Protecting the website and forms against abuse, based on our legitimate interest.

Retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then delete them, unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

Reputeo is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (information security) and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 (privacy information management). We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected, request its deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
